Dear friends, gladly we announce the launch of the new menu of «Sakhli» in time for the start of the new season.
Staying true to their concept, the brand chef of the restaurant, Lilia Medzmarishvili, and the chef cook Jemal Kiria are using the ingredients that would normally be available in a Georgian household and thus remain within the Georgian taste palette, but at the same time playing freely with the interpretation of traditional dishes.
Among new positions in the menu, we would suggest our guests to try the «Meskheti» khinkali with duck and garlic sauce, Batumi style khachapuri with greens and butter, and baked trout with nuts-and-spinach sauce.
For those fond of unusual taste combinations, we strongly recommend the Bakuriani dessert with basil ice cream, sour cream, pine cones and pistachios.
